Mechanical ability to work on natural gas compressors, pump jacks, coolers, saltwater pumps, and other equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean, check, inspect, repair, and troubleshoot customer equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on customer equipment servicing
- Order parts needed for job completion
- Perform other miscellaneous mechanical duties as required
- Responsible for all company documentation such as service reports, time sheets, fuel receipts, credit card charges, and charges on company accounts to be submitted at the end of each job.
- Always represents the company professionally and provides customer service while performing all assigned tasks
- Properly maintains mechanic crane truck assigned (oil changes, tires, brakes, crane, etc...)
- On-Call Weekly Rotating Schedule
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree)
- Will require daily travel in assigned mechanic crane truck or PM Truck
- Must live within a 30 mile radius of Nacogdoches, TX
- Some mechanical experience
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Demonstrate understanding of basic math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to use iPhone and computer programs
- You must possess and maintain a current valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle in the United States
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds occasionally
- Requires excessive amount of stooping and bending
- Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds occasionally
- Requires working both indoors/outdoors and at the shop
